My hope is that today you will take that first step that you have been contemplating. |
As we journey through life there are times that we all struggle. We all experience challenges, conflict and the pain of loss. Relationship issues, illness, difficulties which emerge when parenting our children or caring for our aging parents, stressors at home or in the work place, can all take their toll on your well being, and can leave you feeling confused, anxious or depressed.
My practice is dedicated to helping you use your strengths to work though the rough patches and set a path for healthy growth. We will work together to understand your feelings and concerns and consider behavior patterns, which may exist. We will develop strategies to help you negotiate challenging situations and in turn improve your well being.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and solution focused. Using a strengths-based perspective and evidence-based practice, we will refine the tools you need to facilitate your growth.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist, I treat children, adolescents (and their families), and adults facing life cycle changes.
